"Debat Capres, Netralitas Pemilu, dan Elektabilitas"
Pengantar
Selain masalah elektabilitas, isu debat capres cawapres dan potensi kecurangan dalam pemilu menjadi perhatian luas publik di masa awal kampanye resmi pemilu presiden dan legislatif 2024.
Dalam soal elektabilitas diduga terjadi kompetisi sengit perebutan basis pemilih Jokowi di 2019 antara paslon nomor 2 (Prabowo – Gibran) dan nomor 3 (Ganjar – Mahfud). Selain itu, mungkin juga masih terjadi pergerakan pemilih basis Prabowo di 2019, terutama ke paslon nomor 1 (AMIN).
Penting tidaknya debat capres-cawapres dan apakah masyarakat pemilih tertarik untuk mengikutinya juga menjadi perbincangan yang luas.
Isu netralitas dan potensi kecurangan dalam pemilu juga terus mengemuka. Isu ini sebetulnya adalah isu tiap pemilu, namun kali ini agak lain karena anak sulung Presiden Jokowi termasuk salah satu kontestan dan pilpres. Wajar kalau muncul kecurigaan yang lebih tinggi soal isu ini.
Bagaimanakah dinamika elektabilitas paslon dalam pilpres dan kaitannya dengan dukungan partai berdasarkan opini publik? Bagaimana pula pendapat masyarakat pemilih terhadap isu-isu netralitas dan potensi kecurangan dalam pemilu?
Untuk melihat gambaran mengenai hal-hal tersebut di publik, LSI mengadakan survei nasional menggunakan telepon pada awal Desember 2023 ini.
