PENGANTAR
Rancangan Undang-undang (RUU) tentang Perubahan atas UU No.8 Tahun 1981 tentang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP) telah masuk dalam program legislasi nasional (Prolegnas) Prioritas 2025.
Revisi KUHAP mendesak untuk segera dibahas mengingat Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) telah terbit melalui UU No. 1 tahun 2023.
Ada berbagai perdebatan mengenai RUU KUHAP yang sedang dibahas, antara lain terkait keadilan restoratif (restorative justice), kewenangan untuk melakukan penyidikan, perlindungan HAM bagi warga negara yang terlibat kasus pidana, dll.
Prinsip dan tata cara yang demokratis sangat diperlukan guna menghasilkan revisi KUHAP yang dapat memenuhi rasa keadilan, menghormati dan melindungi HAM, dan dapat diterapkan dalam kerangka negara demokrasi.
Pada Maret 2025, LSI telah melakukan survei opini publik.

Mình thích nhất là kiểu sắp xếp theo cột nhìn gọn, thông tin nằm ngay tầm mắt nên không phải kéo qua kéo lại nhiều. Menu cũng để chỗ dễ thấy nên chuyển mục nhanh, không bị lạc.
